  • Returns must be initiated within 12 hours of the delivery date and time to be eligible for a refund.
  • Custom or special-order products are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Return charges will be applicable depending upon the size of order, delivery address and availability of means of pick-up. This will be conveyed by our representative at the time of return.
  • Please note that We, Sobran Enterprises, the owner of the gwaliorcement.in, reserve the right to deny or refuse to accept any or all return requests at our discretion after delivery of order.

2. Return Process
